So many interesting stores and restaurants hidden in the basement street !

Easy to get lost in it but so much shops and good food. Worth seeing if you are in Tokyo.

Good place to visit, there a lot of restaurant here for dining. Good place for shopping.

Many great souvenir shops and great restaurants. Food is a little on the expensive side. Crowded on weekends, but so is the rest if Tokyo. Be sure to check out character street, where they have Pokemon, Hello Kitty, Lego, Ultraman, Moomin, and many other themed stores.

Good restaurants and shops but super hard to navigate

There is a lot of store to get a quick bite really pack at lunch time.

It is very easy to get to and a great place for underground street shopping. Lots of very nice restaurants and good shops. I normally visit this place whenever I am in Tokyo.

used to go there every day when I was commuting between my flat and office. It has some nice restaurant, but always crowded, of course.Besides, there is a small Pokemon store.

Reasonably well-organized and high-end shopping mall, though lacking the quirkiness and unique flavor of an Aqua City or Sunshine City Alpha. Good for basic shopping.

Every thing is impressive in Japan and long underground shopping mall ..where Google map doesn't work properly

Ramen street and character street are amazing.

7ereven is available so if you are in need of payment for electricity, gas or other payments like residencial tax, then keep in mind proceeding to the right end of this underground concourse after the escalator of Yaesu center exit. About 200m from the center entrance of Yaesu underground concourse.

It's a huge area with everything at your fingertips from cheep to expensive. Food, clothes, jewelry just about anything you need and it's all under Tokyo Station. How convenient is that!

the best okonomiyaki in Tokyo , im sorry i forgot the name of the menu but the ingredients were kimuchi, pork, cheese ,cabbage, eggs ,green onions and chose udon to mix with. A mega super combination .

Variety mall in a Train station (Numerous restaurants, clothing stores, bakery, souvenirs, etc). Bigger than a lot of malls in the USA.

conveniently located chains of restaurants and store, and great variety, amazig...right under Tokyo Station and you won't even feel you are in a station.

A massive underground mall right off the Tokyo station basement GRANSTA mall. So many places here to eat and shop, they all defy description. Bright and airy, well maintained and clean. Worth a pass through if you have the time.

A convenient mall located next to Tokyo Station. I typically come from the eastern part of the mall from the outside rather than walking outside.

I like this place, it has less expensive and older shops that are a bit of a relief after the onslaught of mostly expensive and high-end shops in Tokyo station itself and many of the surrounding buildings and shopping centers.Coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, a UNIQLO, etc. It feels comfortable.

Good underground shopping

A good place to get goods and supply before your trip.But locker is limited and usually be fully occupied.

There are several shopping complexs blended together and there must be 6-800 shops and restaurants there. We ate several meals for $10 per person. Note most do not take cards so have yen in hand, there are ATMs throughout. Very busy at times and you can go right into Tokyo train station for transport.

I was confused, Odakyu bus bound for Hakone start from JR bus stop No.9.Ticket also sold in JR ticketing counter.
